Ali's customer service was beyond my expectations. I went in to replace my iPhone due to damage from water immersion. He only took a few days to repair the phone for a reasonable price. Throughout he messaged me with updates. When I went to pick up the phone he told me that he couldn’t guarantee that everything would work. Sure enough when I restored the phone I had trouble setting up the Touch ID feature. I took the phone back for diagnosis and he was able to pinpoint issue right away. I was afraid that I would have to pay again for another service call but he only charged me for the parts and threw in the labor for free. He also gave me a new screen protector. A 5 star review is well deserved. I will definitely be coming back and referring him to others. Thank you for your excellent customer service and honesty.

I am technology challenged but Ali was patient and spent a lot of time explaining how he repaired my apple MacBook Pro and 3 iPhones. MacBook had an issue with Mac OS and the iPhones had a problem with a screen and back cover. And he also gave me advice on another computer free of charge. His prices are fair and he is always available. He is my go-to for every things related to technology. I have referred him to my family and friends. Brought in Samsung Galaxy A52 for repair to correct looping restart. They tried very hard to rectify the problem but very unfortunately it was a CPU fault and cell had to be certified. We appreciate very much their tireless efforts, very professional and we have no hesitation in recommending them for any future services.

My daughter’s iPad was dropped and had a large crack down the middle and corner. I hesitated at first, but finally decided to get it repaired for safety issue and I’m so glad I did!
