Sure enough when I restored the phone I had trouble setting up the Touch ID feature. I took the phone back for diagnosis and he was able to pinpoint issue right away. I was afraid that I would have to pay again for another service call but he only charged me for the parts and threw in the labor for free. He also gave me a new screen protector.
