3 Best Funeral Homes in Richmond Hill, ON

I have been reading reviews and not happy to see the poor reviews - there are always two sides to every story. Our family has always received exemplary service, beginning with my grandmother in 1975, my step mother-in-law in 1994, my mother-in-law in 1995 my father- in-law l997, my father in 2009 and today my mother. Always so kind, caring and compassionate. Would not go anywhere else.

I was very impressed with the sensitivity with which we were treated, how knowledgeable the staff was, the competitive pricing, and how the staff knew to mention small details (that would not have occurred to me). The funeral director followed up with other stakeholders to coordinate details, which gave me peace of mind; emails were answered within two hours, usually in less than one. The pricing was several hundred dollars lower than the next lowest quote I received. The hours were very flexible and the funeral director was available on weekends. They were understanding about us picking up the ashes a few weeks later due to being out of town. Highly recommended.

My dear friend passed so suddenly and I had no idea how to do what had to be done. I was treated with kindness and respect and helped to deal with this most difficult time. Excellent people.

The staff were really compassionate and patient in our time of need. Ken and Marc treated us like family and took extra care in helping us plan and ensured that things went smoothly and intimately despite a large number of guests. The rest of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful as well. The facility was spacious, modern and comfortable. We truly felt we were greeting our friends and family in our living room. John Mosey is exceptional in his work as a FD/Manager. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for his help in making arrangements for two seperate funerals. He leaves no stones unturned. He makes a very difficult situation so much better. He is such a warm, kind , caring and compassionate being. He genuinely cares. Ashley is an angel. So lovely, thoughtful, calming and helpful. Robin was also wonderful, he did everything possible to assist us. We used the Catering service available and it was perfect. Our family and friend's enjoyed the refreshment and light fare while toasting to our loved one Thank you so much John, Ashley and Robin.
