Service here is nothing short of fantastic. Ray is a veritable gold mine of knowledge and can help with any service needed for your phone, from cases and screen protectors to fixing your phone after it's been run over by a bunch of cars. Seriously!! A family member forgot their phone on top of the car, and it fell off on a busy road. We were lucky to find it an hour later when we returned to look for it. But having been crushed repeatedly by an hour's worth of heavy traffic, I was sure it was dead and gone. Incredibly, Ray actually resurrected it, salvaged the board and installed it in a new case. He got it working like new, the same day!!

Was concerned my phone may have been hacked due to quicker than normal battery drain. I read a few reviews about Ray and went in to inquire about my concerns. He said all I needed was a new battery. He had one in stock and had it switched out in 30 minutes. Price was great, service was excellent! I highly recommend Ray at Primetech. Thanks Ray!!!!
