Dr. Millar is hands-down the best chiropractor you could ask for! He’s been able to help me with any and all problems I’ve brought to him and is super knowledgeable and thorough with his treatments. He really listens and is able to get to the root of the issue - and he’s a great guy, so you will actually look forward to your appointments! Dr. Millar has also assembled a full team to offer acupuncture, physio, massage, and more services. Definitely recommend Renew as the place to go to for all your health and wellness needs if you’re in Stouffville/Markham and surrounding areas.

Dr. Millar is amazing! This is the first time I have seen a chiropractor and I am so happy I found Mr. Millar and Renew Integrative Health on Google! During the initial visit, Dr. Millar provided me with tons of helpful tips and health knowledge and his chiropractic treatment immediately fixed my neck and shoulder pain. I am confident that Dr. Millar is going to help me feel so much better throughout the rest of my pregnancy. If you are looking for a good chiropractor, please do yourself a favour and give Dr. Millar a try - you will thank yourself for that later!

Dr. Millar is an excellent chiropractor. He and his team of RMT, Nutritionist, Psychotherapist, Physiotherapist provide a full spectrum of health care under one roof. Dr. Millar's specialization in concussions was an amazing stroke of luck, as he has helped tremendously in a motor vehicle accident recovery.

Having been to the Advanced Chiropractic and Wellness Centre for some time now, I can attest that the chiropractic services offered have worked wonders for my lower back and neck pains. Although effects were not immediately noticed, after a few sessions my pains had greatly diminished and I have felt much more able bodied since. Between the kind and professional staff, fair pricing and quality services, I greatly recommend this business.

I have been attending this Chiropratic Clinic for several weeks now, and after a year of trying different treatments and suffering with chronic pain in my lower back and sciatic nerve area, I am pain free! My abilities to walk without a walker, sit comfortably, and sleep in comfortable positions in my own bed are back! Thank you to Dr. Ting and her wonderful staff for giving me my life back to enjoy to the fullest

If you are nervous about chiropractic but have pain you have to check this place out!! They do not do manual adjustments and use a pro adjuster instead. It’s amazing … not scary ..no cracking ..no pain. Dr Ting changed my life. No more back pain for me !!

This place is by far the best, most sanitized, most well-kept and cleanest wellness centre in York Region, ESPECIALLY DURING THESE CRAZY TIMES! You won’t find a better team/staff to deal with than right here. Everyone is personable, genuine, friendly, and takes the unique needs of each and every patient seriously. Dr Mitchell is my go to “Mrs. Fix-It” whenever I re-awaken the discomfort of past injuries. She is very in tune with her patients and listens to songs I end up singing about my pain when I walk in here and works her magic to get me back to normal. Love her and her staff and wouldn’t dream to go anywhere else!!

Dr. Mitchell is tops in her field. I have seen her for neck, spine, fibromyalgia , shoulder and sciatica type pain. She is very knowledgeable in all these areas, and more, including accupuncture, and is always open to try a new treatment , not just stuck on one way of doing Chiropractic as is the case with so many. The office environment is warm and friendly, professional, and I am always greeted with a smile going in or coming out. It's worth the drive to Stouffville!! I highly recommend her and her staff who I have seen when she is on holiday. You'll be in good hands with any one of her staff. Dr. Cindy Mitchell is the best.
