Went to Crackerz to get an issue fixed with my laptop. They said it's probably the harddrive going but they'd try and see what they could do to fix it otherwise. Turns out it was the harddrive that needed replacing and they did an amazing job! Kept me updated ever step of the way and gave me many options as for what I'd like to do with my old data. They were fast, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with! I would highly recommend them and I reckon I'll be going to them when I want to get a gaming rig made.

Great service and would visit again for my repair needs! I brought in my PC after it started having issues and I was not able to solve the problem myself. On the same day of bringing it in they gave me a diagnostic and the cost breakdown, two days later I had my computer backup and running. They did great work and were super easy to work with.
