Ross and his team (Shane & Thomas) did an absolutely outstanding job of installing our heat pump and furnace. Very professional in all respects. They were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after day one and day two. Hardly even knew they'd been here working. Very pleased with the installation and briefing on how to operate the wireless controls. I'd have any of them back to work for me anytime. Very highly recommend AirVantage to everyone.

As a good friend that has already been here to install a hot water tank, Ross was back again today with his co-worker to install a heat pump. They both did a great job, looks great and always a 10/10 for workmen-ship. Will always be calling for any future needs or repairs. Highly recommend calling Air-Vantage for any of your needs.

I’m extremely glad we went with Wagner heating. We had a few hurdles with our strata and the ending rebates, and it took several months before we could proceed. Tom was unbelievable with communication, patience and creative solutions to the problems we faced. The reason I went with Wagner was because Tom was so knowledgeable and personable. If you hold customer service in high regard I can’t recommend Wagner enough. The installers were very polite, professional and did an outstanding job. Very clean, quality work and were great at running me through the job and how to operate my air conditioning. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thanks very much.

I am so happy with my experiences with Wagner Heating. Our AC unit blew at the height of the summer temps. They fit us in right away, inspected my system, checked for leaks. Had us safe and cool within 2 days! The customer service is wonderful, with great communication. Written quotes with friendly & informative techs who always explain all my options with no sales pitch. I love the customer portal and ease of payment, too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.
