I had some funny stuff going on with my keyboard in particular, the backspace button (Lenovo T450 Windows 10). Benchmark were able to diagnose the issue quickly and I had my laptop back in about 3 hours. The unit was cleaned and is working great again. I've used other computer repair guys in the Peterborough area before but this shop is the best.

It is the place with great service and price. I recently had my laptop's power jack changed here and all of my concernes were addressed in a patient and friendly manner. My husband used their services for his computer issues couple of times throughout the years as well: all works flawlessly.

Everyone was friendly and polite and the service was efficient (got my laptop fixed in under 6 days) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
