I had a problem where my power would not charge. Ryan discovered a short in my power cord and quickly got me a new one. Plus he checked out my laptop, cleaned it of "half a cat"....lol. He repasted some loose parts as well. This was all done very quickly. Great service, great timing Would recommend PCWerx for all your computer needs.
The tech was very helpful and professional. My tower was picked up, I got free diagnostics, it was repaired quickly & efficiently then dropped off. The cost was good and going through my files I found wonderful, irreplaceable family photos. I highly recommend PC WERX and will use them again.
