Harbour City Kitchens

Thanks Harbour City Kitchens for standing by your products. We have had Harbour City Kitchens install new cabinets and drawers at a previous home, and were happy with the products. In 2022, we moved to a new (to us) place, we discovered that a few drawers were loose and needed new hardware. Cabinets and Drawers were originally installed by HCK. I was pleased to learn that HCK stood by their products, even when these were installed back in the early 2000's. Karlee, from reception answered my phone calls and e-mails. When I brought the drawers to the shop, she even replaced the hardware on the three drawers that needed attention. Very polite and professional. Thank you Karlee. Impressed by the Customer Service.

We had an excellent experience with Harbour City, would definitely recommend them. We started with a very clear idea of what we wanted, were able to provide a like minded photo that needed to be adjusted for our space needs which were a bit unusual. The designer came out to look at our space and talk about the project, then returned with an associate to take the firm measurements. The next time we heard from her, she was ready for us to select countertop and handles. The next time we heard from her the bathroom vanity was ready for instal. It was all very seamless. The only hiccup was with the countertop instal, but the designer helped us navigate a solution with the third party.

Maggie Felker was excellent to work with and took care of all of the details arranging design layouts, counters and installation. The quality of the cabinets, counter tops and the installation was first class and we were kept well informed throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Maggie and the team at HCK and use them again when the need arises!
