3 Best Dentists in Port Coquitlam, BC

Dentists in general are not my favourite, but I actually enjoy coming to Fremont Dental. Today, I was with Inderveer who was very warm, kind, and professional. I also got to see Dr. Mariam Sourial again. She has a great sense of humour and you can really tell how well she knows her profession. I really like that they keep me informed throughout the appointment about what is happening now and what is coming up next. They always provide me options and discuss my treatment plan (whereas at other dental offices, I've typically just been treated in mostly silence and I never felt I got any options). Great job Fremont Dental.

Being later in life I have had my fair share of dentist and offices over the years. Dr Sourial is amazing. She always fits me in even for last minute issues that are not a painful emergency. Painless, quick and understanding. I spent years not wanting to smile and now I lone showing my teeth.

Dr. Sourial is the real deal. I feel very confident I’m in good hands whenever I hop in the chair. Fremont Dental has been nothing short of a great experience thus far, including the rest of the staff and their service and efficiency.

I had several teeth extractions and fillings done last week with Dr Kim. Two additional teeth were in danger but Dr Kim was able to save those two. I’m so relieved about that! The freezing was impeccable, I did not feel a thing, I was also mildly sedated but was awake and could communicate. No pain whatsoever. Recovery was great, I didn’t even need the Tylenol I was prescribed, just took some ibuprofen the first few days. I opted for the blood graft and I think perhaps that helped healing along too. Olivia, who monitored my vital signs, held my hand on occasion, which is such a comforting thing when you feel so vulnerable. Min, who assisted Dr Kim, is amazing too, he makes you feel so at ease with his kind and calm behaviour and throwing in the occasional joke helps so much with my anxiety. Overall it took less time and I still can’t believe I had zero pain. I have had in the past dentists inject me four times with freezing and I still felt pain. Nothing this time. Just had my stitches removed today and all has healed up nicely (one week post op). Dr Kim and his whole team, front and back, are amazing and I will now finally follow through on getting all my teeth fixed after years and years of neglect due to past trauma and extreme fear of dentists.

I had my implant done here last year. I had some complications initially but Dr. Kim was very attentive to his work and focused on it being successful. He was gracious in explaining all the steps along the way. I appreciate the care I get here, from the dentists to the hygienists who clean my teeth. They have up to date technology and the office is very bright, clean, and well maintained. The quality of care here is high. I will be going back here to get the other implant I need when the time comes.

I have been a patient here for about 4 years now and have absolutely loved all experiences (besides typical pain that obviously sucks!) I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed this morning and the entire team were so caring and friendly during the whole process. I always refer Dr Kim & his team to everyone I talk to for the best dental experience. My 3 year old LOVES dentist visits there.
