As a first time client, I visited the clinic for a routine cleaning, check up and X-rays. From the moment I walked in the service was very friendly and the staff were welcoming. Beautiful clinic and spotlessly clean. Very impressed with the attention to detail by the hygienist and the dental exam performed by the dentist. Definitely will be staying with this practice for all dental needs. Would highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a new dental office! 5 stars.

I was looking for a new dentist and was very unsure about how to decide or what to do as a new patient. When I called with a few questions they were so friendly and helpful and made me feel super comfortable. Setting up and rescheduling appointments is super easy to do and the staff is so so welcoming and friendly. They’re super understanding and accommodating of all patients, every visit is so stress free and pleasant. Office is super clean and organized. I couldn’t be more happy with this dental office and all of the staff.

I had a great experience at my first appointment with Welland Dental. I was really nervous at first as I tend to be anxious when going to the dentist but all of the staff there quickly put me at ease. The office itself is a beautiful space. I am excited to be a new patient at this office.

DR. CATHERINE VENTRESCA - WELLAND SMILES DENTISTRY REVIEWS

Both my husband and I appreciate the dental hygienists and the dental assistants who are thorough, kind, and very professional. Each of the front desk staff (we have known Rhonda the longest and her cheerful smile always makes the day) is efficient and courteous. Dr. Ventresca, will explain what is needed, is one dentist who will make suggestions re dental care and where required, she does not hesitate to refer to endodontist and periodontists. Very pleased with being patients here.

Very clean, modern and professional services with friendly staff, offering terrific service. I've been a patient at Welland Smiles for the past 4 years, since moving to Welland, and have had excellent service each visit. Highly recommend Dr. Ventresca and her team of professionals.

Everyone here is so nice, appear to genuinely care about their patients, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable when visiting the dentist. If you have a problem with this office, you are likely a problem patient.

Had an amazing experience at Mullins Dental! Dr. Mullins is kind caring gentle and compassionate. He cares about his work and your level of comfort. No one loves going to the dentist but I have never had a better experience at the dentist. It truly was a great experience. Bedside manner means so much and you get great work to boot!

Dr. Mullins and his staff are fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and offered a range of holistic and conventional solutions for our dental care. The reception staff and hygienists are equally as welcoming and caring as well. We're so glad we made the switch to this office, even traveling from Mississauga to Welland for such exceptional care from their wonderful team. Highly recommend.
