My children have been seeing Dr. Saari for two years now and I just started as well. He is a fantastic Dr. He is very kind, knowledgable and really takes the time to explain things. You never feel rushed or silly for asking questions. He is great with the kids, especially the anxious or shy ones. My daughter refused to speak at our last appointment (which of course can be frustrating). He did not push or get mad- he was compassionate and tried alternate ways for her to answer instead of talking. (Thank you) Highly recommend Dr. Saari.

Dr. Saari was recommended to me through my daughter's school after routine eye exams through their vision program. He is incredible, full stop. He is friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. I've worn glasses for years and he's explained things to me that no other optometrist has. My daughter loves her visits to the eye doctor because of Dr. Saari and his wonderful staff who have also been nothing but kind and helpful to us. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Saari is such a caring and excellent eye doctor. I would recommend him to anyone! His staff are wonderful and helpful people, too. My child has been seeing him since birth.

Went in today to get my glasses repaired after I accidentally dropped and broke them. Scott pulled me in within 15 minutes of calling in, replaced my glasses and I was on my way with clean, working glasses! 20 minutes! I had it done before work! And of course a big shoutout to Dr hsiung whom I have been visiting for 6 years now. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate Dr. Hsiung. He is at the top of the list of our most respected medical practitioners. He readily shares his knowledge and takes the time to listen and respond to questions and concerns. The staff is courteous, helpful and, oh yes, fun to deal with. There is a sense of family and a warm and welcoming vibe. We have recommended this practice to family and friends and we all agree. The best.

He has been my optician for 25+ years, and has been my kids optician since they were old enough to test. He caught a degenerative eye condition in my son that was making him blind, and was able to refer us to an amazing specialist on that kind of condition. I've also had Dr. Carbonara and in the little experience that I've had with him, he was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. The reception and tech staff are great, get to know you by name, and always greet you with a smile.

I have been going to this office for ten years, since moving to Welland. I was quite shocked to read the two negative reviews written. The staff have always been very pleasant and efficient. My waiting time has always been very short. Dr. Rice explains everything in detail and has a relaxed approach as well as being professional. During our covid time, he and his staff take all the precautionary measures. I am thankful for his service.

Dr. Brian Rice is personable, knowledgeable and interacts with his patients one on one. He gives his undivided attention and listens to all concerns. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant and helpful.
