Samedi j'avais besoin d'un électricien d'urgence, car mon embase et compteur était arrachés. J'ai laissé plusieurs messages à beaucoup d'entreprises et c'est la seule qui a communiqué avec moi, même si c'était leur party de Noël ce soir-là. Le propriétaire m'a offert d'envoyer quelqu'un immédiatement, mais j'avais une génératrice alors ça pouvait attendre au lendemain. Il a communiqué avec moi le lendemain et est venu en urgence avec son véhicule personnel pour me dépanner. Super gentil, super professionnel. Je ferai affaire avec eux de nouveau c'est certain. Depuis samedi et les dizaines de messages laissés, 1 seule autre entreprise à communiquer avec moi.
