Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient as he took the time to explain the seriousness of our problem. Turns out I was very close to starting an electric fire. My outlets were literally blackened and burnt due to the nature of its installation (10+ years ago), the constant use of my (cheap) space heater overnight, and other electronics all plugged into the same line. This overload knocked out the lights to my room and the one adjacent that shared the same circuit. I wish I took a photo of the outlet that he replaced (literally burnt up and black). Certainly you can understand how extremely lucky and grateful I am to have Steve come the same day to address this potentially tragic issue. We had a weird problem when we updated our light switches and sockets. No less than 3 people looked at it for days. We tried calling for electricians but Big Guy was the only one who could come on the day. And, well, the problem was fixed within an hour and he didn't even charge anything over and above his charge for the visit. He was also pleasant and was good at explaining what the problem was. Well, I've dealt with different trades people lots. But my experience with Big Guy was top notch and they go on my permanent contact list!

Recently used Bigguy Electric Inc to replace the main electrical panel from fuses to breaker panel. Steve and Tico were exceptional and was totally committed to providing great and efficient customer service. Totally recommend
