Dr. Hughes has been my ENT since I was a small child. When I started getting chronic ear infections again as a young adult, I was referred back to him. While he may come off as “blunt”, he just knows exactly what he is talking about. He performed my procedure to get tubes placed again at 22, and he was nothing but kind and compassionate. He understood my frustrations of having my chronic ear infections, and made the best plan of action to put tubes in to see if these help again. On the day of my surgery he was patient with my anxiety, calm during everything and came to check in on me. I’ll always recommend him to someone who is struggling with ear problems. He’ll get the job done and he cares about his patients.

Dr.Hughes has been my daughters ENT for a few years, did ear tubes when she was 2 and is about to do her second surgery at 7. He has been great to my daughter, but he also tells you how it is, and honestly i appreciate that. I rather a doctor be straight with me that sugar coat it. I appreciate his knowledge and will always continue to use him as my daughters ENT.

I’m so shocked at some of these reviews! We brought our 2 y/o to Dr. Hughes and I’ve never seen my child so relaxed at a doctors office!! Dr. Hughes went out of his way to be super personable with my son to help make him comfortable, by interacting with my sons stuffed animal first giving him a “check up” prior to my son, it was absolutely amazing.

I first saw Dr Brian Hughes in March 2023 for nose bleeds. He quickly picked up on my inability to hear clearly, although at the time I was wearing 2 hearing aids. He asked why I had not had a Cochlear Implant! I replied I had never been offered this service. He asked if I would like to be recommended for an Implant! A few weeks later I received am information pack which I read and filled in a questionnaire and returned. After getting an appointment to meet the Cochlear implant team. I was accepted into the program in November,after a month of different tests I was booked in for a Cochlear Implant operation on the 4th Jan.2024. Today 1st Feb. I have got my hearing back after nearly 60 yrs of impaired hearing. I would like to Thank Dr Brian Hughes for picking up on my problem and thanks to the Cochlear Implant team for giving me back something I never thought I would ever have again. - RB Reply

I had read the reviews, just a couple of hours before my appointment ~ I was upset and nervous of the experience I may have. Dr. Chueng was very thorough, polite and professional. She explained everything to me step by step and reassured me. I was very pleased with her service.

Dr. Chueng did surgery on my 5 year old son. She was absolutely amazing in before visits at her office, before surgery in the hospital, and post surgery! My son loved her! I would highly recommend her.

Thank you Dr. Chueng for changing our lives.. Thanks to your decision to study so hard and become a doctor, my son could have a better quality of life. I am so grateful for what you did.
