I have had occasion to use Turning Point Law, specifically Andrew McLaughlin, three times. Once for drawing up a will, POA and personal directive for my mother, which was required sooner than anyone would have anticipated. Andrew’s advice and direction in setting up her affairs made my job as my mother’s POA, an easy, smooth process. My husband and I used TPL’s services and direction a second time for drawing up more intricate estate papers for us. Andrew’s suggestions and guidance were invaluable. The third and most telling occasion was to assist me, as executor for a particularly acrimonious and complicated estate. Andrew’s advice and most importantly his calmness guided me through a process that was extremely convoluted and at times heartbreaking. Andrew, Wendy and Catherine took a huge weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend using TPL.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Simon Manucci and his assistant Leslie for the drafting of my parents' will and power of attorney. Given that my parents are in their 90s and have a large family with many assets and properties, their will was quite complicated. Simon and Leslie handled everything with exceptional professionalism and care. Simon’s wealth of experience was evident throughout the entire process. He was thorough in ensuring that all details were meticulously addressed. When my father fell ill and became bedridden, both Simon and Leslie went out of their way to accommodate us by coming to our home to complete the necessary paperwork. Their dedication, professionalism, and politeness were truly impressive.
