Really delicious and fresh fish and chips. The batter is perfect, not too much and not too bready. The fish itself has been perfectly cooked each time. The chips are tasty and definitely hit the spot, but for sure the fish is the main star. Also, the service is super friendly and they even answered a bunch of my stupid questions about the different types of fish.

Best fish in chips I’ve ever had! I ordered takeout and when I got home, everything was still hot, crunchy and delicious! 5/5.

Finally got to experience the hype over Danny's Fish n Chips! Ordered takeout and was ready in 10 minutes. Ordered halibut and chips, shrimp and 3 extra orders of chips for the family. The fish was super fresh, batter light and crispy. The chips were done well, only wish they had salted them as we ate the chips in the car. The shrimp were crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked. The staff were also super friendly. Believe the hype when I say this is the BEST fish n chips in Barrie.

Decided to support this business instead of McDonald’s and I was so happy I did. I got the Haddock, chips and Greek salad and it was really good - big portions for the price. The service from Jenny was INCREDIBLE! I haven’t had a good fish and chip meal like that in a while. Good price, big portion great service.

Great food! Ordered the halibut special.. Fresh and tasty. Service is great and there's tons of parking.

One of the best fish and chips restaurants I’ve ever been to. The staff went out of their way to make sure our group of 16 would never forget this visit. The halibut and chips were outstanding. I’d come back the next time I was in town.

The Haddock and chips, Fish Taco, and chicken strips were so tasty. Haddock & Chips: The batter was light and not overbearing. It complimented the Haddock. The batter was also not saturated in oil but very crispy. Fish Taco: 3 soft tocos with coleslaw and crispy haddock with salsa and sour cream on the side. It was so delicious! Chicken Fingers: Very simple and dome right. Crispy and soft with just the right spice. The price was very reasonable. 3 meals, onion ring, beer and 2 drinks= $67 Overall, this place has now been added to our favorites.

The best place for some great seafood Loved their mussels were so so good the red wine variety laws beyond excellent Then ordered their fish & chips which was very flaky & good Besides the fish & chips and mussels the best thing about this restaurant was their service Super above and beyond service. The best service in any restaurant in Barrie so so friendly warm and happy made us super happy too Loved the food here but the service was absolutely fantastic A must try for people in Barrie will love this place I am definitely going there again all the from GTA.

Haven't been here in a few years, so went in with wife on Tuesday. Had fish tacos special, good portions and price, freshly made and battered/fried, not a proportioned frozen industrial product. Wife had salmon pan fried special. Generous portion as well. Hand cut fresh fries, fresh made in house coleslaw. Seniors get a 10% Tuesday discount. They get a lot of seniors and locals, give them a try.
