3 Best Steakhouses in Barrie, ON

I go to the Keg every year for my anniversary. We usually go to the Barrie or Mississauga location, but this location is the best. They have elevated their butter, which is smoky and cheesy but very light. It's delicious with their fresh warm bread. Jennifer was our waitress today when we went back for appetizers and dessert. She is an excellent waitress, very friendly, we sat at the booth at the bar, very comfortable. The baked brie is delicious and the mushroom caps. The Billy miner cake is a mocha ice cream cake with sliced almonds which is perfect for sharing. The portions will not disappoint. Highly recommended.

I would brave a winter storm to come to this location (literally)! Service is above and beyond and such a great value for what you pay. Sirloin Oscar is my favourite dish and good to know that this location cooks their steaks just perfectly. They even gave us a free dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary! Would highly recommend The Keg Barrie.

First time to The Keg in Barrie and it was great. One of the reasons I like The Keg is it’s usually consistent at every location. Service was great from the bar to the table and plenty busy. Food was cooked great and everything tasted great. It’s been a few years since we have been to The Keg but it was like we remembered and left happy and full.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and looks very good inside. It wasn’t too busy for lunch time. The food is delicious! We both got steaks and they were done perfectly. The prices are a little on the premium side, but it makes sense given the place. The service was attentive. Overall, a nice place for a special occasion.

Our lunch was terrific,service was great and we loved the atmosphere. My Mom and brother split the rib and shrimp plate and I had steak . We will return Wheelchair accessibility: They really need to put in accessible doors at the entrance. We had difficulty entering and leaving with my brother's walker and Mom's wheelchair. Thank goodness the washrooms had accessible doors.

My wife and I thought we’d try Baton Rouge for the first time. As it was a special occasion I was a bit nervous, but within minutes of being seated and meeting Julia as our waitress we were put at ease. What a fantastic experience. From the service to the food and the ambiance, we have nothing negative to say except that The Keg will be losing some of our business. Thanks again Julia for your wonderful service! 5 STARS !!

Random date night dinner! Greeted nicely and seated quickly and our server was amazing. Tried the new seasonal menu drinks which were great and everything overall was quite tasty. I always get the lettuce chicken wraps when I go they are my absolute favorite!

Shared some appetizers. The food here is well made. If you haven't yet tried Moxies, you should. The fries were cooked to perfection. Even their salads are gourmet. Calamari, unlike anywhere else.

My boyfriend took me to Moxies Barrie Restaurant as a surprise date night. Food was so delicious we both loved it a lot.
