JOCKO POINT FISH & CHIPS REVIEWS

This was our first visit to Jocko's and we were not disappointed appointed. We drove in from North Bay which was only about twenty minutes away but is a beautiful drive. We had two pickerel dinners which comes with fish, fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and a drink, the food was cook well and tasted great, there were a lot of fries compared to the fish but enough for the two of us to share. Someone in our party ordered the mozzarella sticks and they enjoyed them. Service is good, I only marked it down as we had to wait a while, but having said that there were a lot of people there. Orders are called out over a speaker and also posted on a TV screen so you can go and get a place to eat when you wait. Staff are very friendly. We will certainly be going again, and can recommend Jocko's to anyone.

The best best fish and chips around the North Bay, Ontario area. If you like fresh caught pickerel fish and chips or Poutine( your choice) any traveller's in the area. I would recommend this place anytime.

The staff is amazing, customer service is ON POINT! They take pride with their food (and it shows) my go to classics are poutine and pogo! Although I've been obsessing with their supreme chicken burgers. Love those mushroom caps too! Overall, the staff is amazing, the food is great, got a nice "family feel". Best of all... their prices are very reasonable.

The entire experience was one of the best I've had. We couldn't ask for more. Portion sizes were amazing. I'm still full and it's 5 hours later. They also had the best hot sauce I've ever had from a restaurant. Keep up the good work. If I could give more stars I would.

We stopped here on our long drive to the Toronto airport and had no idea it would be this amazing. We saw the good reviews but were still blown away. The food took a little while, but it was totally worth it because we could tell how fresh all the food was. The crepes were perfectly sweet and fresh and fruity, but not too sweet. The eggs benedict were cooked perfectly. The view out to the lake was gorgeous. When we were done with our meal our server talked to us about our trip and where we were from. She was so friendly and genuine. The endless coffee and free donuts were just the cherry on top of a great brunch.

I was celebrating my 50th birthday in the place of my birth (North Bay, Ontario), hadn't been back there since I was a year or so old. I really wanted fish, we found this place while out on a rainy day checking out the area, and we are glad that we stopped. The fish was amazing! The dinner came with 2 larger pieces of Haddock, a plate of fries and really good coleslaw. Perfect for my birthday meal.

Went here. Ordered a bacon burger and fries. Was NOT disappointed! This burger was so good, I was sure it was blessed by Gordon Ramsey himself. If I was on death row, I'd choose this food as my last meal.

We Usually Just Order The Family Size Poutine And Share Between All Of Us....I Usually Grab A Milkshake While I'm Grabbing It....But Today We Sat Down And Ordered In...I Got The Mushroom Soup And Clubhouse And My Hubby Got A Steak Poutine....We Are Glad That We Stopped In And Sat Down. We'll Definitely Be Back Again....And Again....And Again.
