Great price and great service. I was comprehensive cause bought out of province and worried about delivery. They came through,legitimate . Honest too told me the floor I bought will have many shorter pieces for the lower price. Appreciate the upfront honesty. Installed Oak hardwood and did not break the bank. Thx.

The best guess service ever.I have a double issue with a client i have and they did all to help me with.Since talk to my client to prevent them about the product until open a boxes to let me select what was the best for my client floor in order to please them. Higley recommend.

Extremely helpful staff from initial phone order and as well pickup and purchase. Great quality hardwood flooring. I purchased the select natural maple back in April and have been very pleased with it. Price was very reasonable and affordable. Thank you! Would definitely and have recommended.

It was SUCH a great experience coming to Planchers Mascouche. We were lucky enough to be served by Maika who went above and beyond to help us select the perfect floors for our new home. We were not the easiest customers and Maika was exceptional in helping us navigate through our hesitations. Her colleague Audrey was phenomenal as well in helping us make that final decision. I would recommend their expertise and kindness when walking into Planchers Mascouche.

A huge Shout-out to Fanny for helping us select the materials for our dream house. She is incredibly patient, empathetic and helpful. We in fact on our visit stayed beyond closing hours and that too on a Saturday, and at no point she even mentioned this to us which we thought was incredibly sweet. Full marks to her and the shop. I would recommend her and the shop full-heartedly. Thanks and hope to visit sometime again!
