Nous avons acheté un matelas à la succursale de Lachenaie,nous avons eu un très bon service de la part du vendeur Mr Denis Tremblay,très attentionné pour ses clients et le matelas nous a été livré dans le délai tel que dit au magasin.

Excellent service à l'achat, et à la livraison. Il y avait un problème de connexion sur mon lit ajustable, une prise brisé. Deux jours et tout était fonctionnais. Je n'ai jamais vu un service comme celui-là. Merci de tout cœur

She was very polite and patient with all the questions we had since purchasing a mattress is a big decision! Got our mattress but we have 4 months to decide! Awesome! And 20 year guarantee! Super choix, super service. On ne se sent pas poussé à l'achat. Et lorsque c'est le temps d'acheter un bon matelas, ou des draps de qualité (qui durent des années) ou un oreiller fait parfaitement pour notre type de position de sommeil, alors il s'agit de l'endroit parfait. Ce n'est pas le moins cher, mais la qualité y est, c'est certain. Ça vaut la peine, comme on dit.

Très satisfaite de notre visite Matelas Bonheur de Terrebonne. Bel accueil de Patrick Greenshield mais surtout ses connaissances sur les produits et aucune pression de sa part. Nous avons acheté un Belmont Mat Tech. Merci M. Greenshield.
