I experienced excellent customer service from Orangeville Flowers. Although they were unable to fulfil my request, (I was looking for black roses for Father’s Day which I knew was pretty obscure). They offered to contact their supplier to see if it were possible. They called me the next day with their update. I was impressed because I had already called other locations and they simply turned my request down - one flatly told me to just buy silk. I loved that Orangeville Flowers extended that little bit extra. This shop has become my preferred location in Orangeville! Thanks.

I live in the states and wanted to send some flowers to my family back home in Orangeville. Placed my order online yesterday night and they were delivered before noon the next morning! They notified me immediately that they didn't have a certain flower for the arrangement and were able to accommodate my request. The arrangement came out beautiful and my family loved it!

Suzanne is beyond amazing and her work is stunning!! We met with Suzanne a few times to review ideas, colours and pricing for our wedding. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with and helped our vision come to life. She shared decor ideas, ways to save (e.g., using our arch for the head table as well) and ordered in sample florals to share with us to ensure the colours and flowers chosen fit within our vision. On the day of our wedding, she arrived with her team, dropped off the bouquets/boutonnieres to the wedding parties and then created a beautiful arch for our wedding ceremony. She also completed our table decor with beautiful bud vases we could share with our guests after the reception came to an end and repurposed our floral arch to decorate our head table. Everything her and her team did turned out beautifully and her expertise as a florist shone through. We highly recommend Suzanne and her team to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement of florals or for any larger event!

First time purchasing a customized bouquet for a birthday surprise. I contacted the shop, asked for something unique, colourful and within a specific budget. The florists were able to whip together this beauty in a very short time frame, and the result was stunning.
