We selected JDC for a complete gut and rebuild of our house, including the demolition of an existing addition and the construction of a new one. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive and supportive, consistently answering emails within 24 hours, often the same day, and answering phone calls immediately. The quality of construction was outstanding and arguably the best residential work I've seen. Everything within the house is square and true, making the installation of everything from the flooring to the kitchen cabinets seamless. During the construction, JDC ensured the house was weatherproof and while maintaining the cleanest site I've ever encountered. The place was swept daily, materials were organized out of the way, and it they proceeded with construction in a logical way. From a schedule perspective, they finished ahead of their commitments to us and were able to work through the changes we requested without delays. Working with JDC was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend them.

JDC helped us with fixing our house and garage after a doordash driver smashed his car into it causing significant damage and doordash refused to be held accountable. Back in 2005 it was a small business called Ferguson Carpentry. Over the years the name has changed a bit and the logo but the Quality of their craftsmanship has not. It’s only improved. I still look at our home today and think how lucky we were that Ferguson was the name we could trust and to this day still can. Their knowledge, expertise, patience, guidance and creativity in this industry is far above a 5 star rating. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and what we wanted in our home. Here we are 19 years later and our home is still current, beautiful and very well built.
