Flowers by Ann, Personally Yours

I ordered flowers from my home in Minnesota to be delivered to my mom in Port Dover. My mom was out when Ann was going to deliver and offered to stop and pick them up on her way home. Ann added extra flowers to the arrangement in lieu of the delivery charges. The flowers are so pretty, but most important, my mom was so happy AND gushed about Ann the whole afternoon! Stellar service!! Thank you!!
