David's Bistro is a constantly changing selection with a daily prix fixe menu, regular menu, and daily features. This vibrant eatery offers varied, European–influenced meals at fixed prices or à la carte. There is also an extensive and sensibly priced wine list, with chalkboard additions, and the glass or bottle serves everything. Their main course includes a crispy roasted chicken paired with mushrooms, bacon, and potatoes, or a grilled wild boar. The wine lover is well taken care of at David's Bistro restaurant. David's Bistro has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu options for its customers. Reservations are also available.

David's never disappoints for special occasion outings for our family. We headed here for my husband's birthday. Our server, Ryan led us joyously and impeccably through our entire visit, sharing the fine details of the ingredients and flavours of each entree. We had the duck confit, a special Lake Erie pickerel dish, seafood cassoulet, and perfectly cooked filet mignon. We explained that we had birthday cake waiting for us at home and wouldn't be getting dessert. No problem! They prepared a special "Happy Birthday" small plate with candle for the birthday celebrant! The ambience, vibe, mellow playlist and flavours make us coming back here year after year. Stay casual, chic and cool David's.

Wonderful experience being served by David himself. Very personable & informative. 100% trust in him to choose my meal for me and it did not disappoint. The duck confit was yum after every single bite. Lyonnaise Salad was delightful as well. Also if you like a Manhattan cocktail - they make a mean one!! I recommend.

Amazing! My husband picked this for dinner with my mom's surprise trip into town. We will be back to try more itmes. Everything was amazing. Service was great. Didn't feel rushed and was able to enjoy every bite of food.

We had our intimate wedding reception at The Springs yesterday, and it was an excellent experience all around. The food got rave reviews from all of our guests, and the waitresses we had were amazing and so attentive. Drinks were kept full, and food came out promptly. Dean made sure to check on our party multiple times throughout the night as well, and was an excellent host. If planning a small wedding The Springs is an excellent choice. Their event set menu prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food you are receiving. As an added bonus, he does not charge a venue fee. This was a seamless experience, and an amazing night to remember. Thank you The Springs team.

I recently dined at The Springs Restaurant and had an outstanding experience. The ambiance is warm and elegant, perfect for any occasion. I enjoyed the AAA Angus beef tenderloin, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and there are great vegetarian and gluten-free options too. The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Don't miss the crème brûlée for dessert! The Springs is a must-visit for a memorable meal in London.

We had a reservation last Friday. The food was delicious service was on point. All three courses were good. I don’t pictures of dessert or appetizers it was so good if forgot about pictures.
