They have mastered the art of smoking, using the finest quality meats and ingredients to craft dishes that showcase the perfect balance between French sophistication and smoky indulgence. All the meat was really delicious, brisket and pulled pork were very tender, and the burnt ends were very tasty, though a little tough. Bistro On B does Meal Prep, Catering and Takeout options.
