Nous avons été reçu sur le champs suite au décès de mon papa. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. M.Mercier nous a guidé à travers le processus sans mettre aucune pression. L’efficiacité avec laquelle ils ont fait les demandes aux divers organismes gouvernementaux (rentes qc, saaq, ramq, securite de vieillesse…) a été exceptionnelle. La demande de certificat de décès au directeur de l’état civil a ete envoyée le jour meme de notre visite et nous l’avons reçu la semaine suivante! Je recommande vivement de faire affaires avec eux. Service très humain et personnalisé. Merci du fond du coeur de jous avoir allégé la tâche; ça fait toute la différence.

J'ai fait affaire avec eux (principalement M. Mercier) pour ma mère en 2016 et un frère en 2021. Service extrêmement respectueux et professionnel. Ils prennent le temps de nous écouter dans notre douleur ....

Nous avons fait affaire avec Maison Trudel au mois d'Octobre 2022. Le service était 5 étoiles. Christelle et Maude ce sont très bien occupée de nous dans ces moments difficile.
