Rapide, efficace mais surtout très courtois et à l'écoute. je me suis senti en confiance dès le départ, prend le temps d'expliquer et très bonne communication. Je recommande. J'avais un problème de fourmis charpentières et il est venu dès qu'il pouvait malgré une période très occupée. Depuis j'ai envoyé plusieurs photos, vidéos et messages de suivi et on m'a toujours répondu rapidement, avec sourire en plus.

Nous avons eu une prise en charge rapide et très professionnelle. On a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement du traitement et on a répondu à toutes nos questions. Service très courtois.

Malgré le fait que le traitement souhaité n'était pas possible, il m'a donné des trucs à faire moi-même et bien expliqué comment les faire. J'ai pu poser toutes les questions que j'avais, et j'en avais.
