The experience with Ashley Furniture was superb from beginning to end. I thought I’d be shopping for a couch for months but instead, I walked into Ashley shared what I was looking for with the sales rep, he showed me exactly what I wanted and it was a done deal, pricing was fair. I did opt in for a whiteglove delivery for the first time and yes it’s additional cost but completely worth it especially for big items like couches. The team arrived as per estimated time frame, they were friendly and professional, set up the couch in probably 15min, I have no idea how those guys do it so quick but it’s appreciated since i was able jump right back to my work.
