My wife and I live in Trois-Riveres, and were in need of a new mattress. We went into the Brick on a Sunday, found the most incredible mattress (black diamond) at 55% off also, and we were sleeping on it the Thursday night. I am an anglophone with a passing grade in french, but the service were received from the sales agent was no less than 5 ⭐️. Even with my limited french vocabulary he was patient and made sure that I understood what he was telling my wife about the mattresses. M. Ghislain Boisvert, was never pushy to make a sale, was very knowledgeable on all of the products in his department and a huge thank you needs to go to him for his help and professionalism in meeting our needs. Lastly, the financing process was the quickest that i have ever been through. In less time that it takes to get through some fast food drive-thrus, i was approved and we were on our way. I and my wife were, and are, thrilled with our first experience with the Brick, and will continue to shop for our future household needs.

Very good service.. Thanks a lot to the Salesperson Sylvie Vivier for her help and advice. Very friendly and professional and for once I've found someone who knows what she was talking about. I am very satisfied and i will surely go back there in a near future.

I went to the store in Trois Rivieres, I experienced great service by a young salesman named Maxence. While placing my order, he offered several additional products of protection without "pressure" to add them to my purchase which I greatly appreciated ! The next day, I decided to change my order and add additional pieces. My salsman was not present so another salesman took the time to amend my order. He was very patient (I changed my mind several times!) Very helpful and respectful team, I enjoyed my buying experience and will definately come back for my future purchases and have recommended Meubles RD to friends and family. Thank you.

Suuuperbe service offert par Miguel, j'y avais été avec ma grand-maman et elle m'en a reparlé plusieurs fois!
