Excellent service, la conseillère Mme Geneviève Rivard a pleinement su satisfaite nos besoins. Elle pose les bonnes questions et donnes des bons conseille pour pouvoir combler nos réel besoin. Son but étant de satisfaire nos désirs en trouvant le matelas et les oreillers idéales pour nous avec des prix réaliste.

C'était notre première expérience chez dormez-vous et nous avons été agréablement surpris! Expérience très personnaliser, la conseillère connaissait très bien son produit. Entièrement satisfait, nous pouvons maintenant dormir paisiblement et dans un confort sur mesure.

Arrivés le jour même dans un nouvel appartement, nous avons dû acheter sommier, matelas, oreillers et parure de lit. Jasmin a été très professionnel, à l'écoute, efficace. Et très arrangeant. Un vendeur comme on en connaît peu, il est vraiment compétent et sympathique. Et les prix sont très corrects pour de la bonne qualité. N'hésitez pas à visiter ce magasin si vous recherchez ce type de produits, il n'y a aucune raison d'aller ailleurs.

Excellent service de la part de Jasmin! À l’écoute de vos besoins et prend le temps de bien vous conseiller. Après avoir fait une dizaine de magasins pour l’achat de nos bases de lit et matelas notre choix c’est arrêté sur Matelas expert sans aucune hésitation grâce à Jasmin. Merci encore.

EXCELLENT TRAVAIL! EXCELLENT PRODUIT! Nous avons été surpris par la qualité du service de Vivianne. Elle connaît très bien ses produits et elle a su nous conseiller à merveille. Rarement, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un conseiller qui est à l'écoute de nos besoins et qui a su nous orienter vers le produit qui répondait le mieux à nos nécessités! On dort comme des bébés maintenant et on se réveille bien reposés.

Excellent service offert pas Vivianne! Elle connait très bien ses produits et ne nous traitent pas comme de "simple" client. Elle nous conseil avec son expertise et par la suite nous sommes capables de faire un choix éclairé.
