We purchased our garage door and automatic garage door opener from "Garage Doors Solution" in 2019 and only needed to call them once in 2023 - and it was only for maintenance needs. Calls are responded to quickly, and the service agent was on time, professional and very capable in his abilities. Would highly recommend using this vendor.

Great company! Friendly and efficient first contact when scheduling installation. Explains options clearly. Professional installation. Our motor had an issue 4 years later (under warranty) and they had to make multiple visits to fix. Never tried to deflect responsibility. Excellent costumer service.
