It was fabulous! Professional trainers that were friendly and welcoming, and above all else, able to work with all of my pre-existing injuries, the coaches have really assisted with my progress. My nutrition plan is helping me achieve all of my goals, I am so pleased. Thank you Team Formula 4!
Omar and his team have been absolutely amazing. After meeting up with Omar and telling him about my goals, he made me a regimen that's fit perfectly with my boxing training. Gym is spotless, the machines are pristine and the trainors are courteous and attentive. Strongly recommended!
