“Dr. Karen Splinter earned her medical degree from the University of Ottawa and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial University. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her research interests include fibroids, endometriosis, Mullerian anomalies, and gestational weight gain. She treats conditions using minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and provides care for menopause, incontinence, and prolapse treatment. She is an active member of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Canadian Medical Association, the Ontario Medical Association, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
