“Dr. Tyler Christie completed his medical degree at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2008. Afterward, he earned his Postgraduate Training in Family and Emergency Medicine from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and obtained Hospital Privileges at Health Sciences North in 2011. Dr. Tyler's mission is to provide individuals and families with safe, cost-effective treatment. He offers annual checkups, flu and other vaccinations, birth control and contraception, illness consultations, and general consultations for adults and children. He is also an Associate Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Christie is involved in the planning and local implementation of a regional electronic health record project. He is an energetic advocate for the efficient use of technology in healthcare and is interested in clinical standardization, disrupting barriers to care, and change management.”
