We got our legal basement constructed from Townhill Constructions. They were very professional and the work was done with great quality. We were provided with a clear plan of how things will progress, the estimated cost, materials, color of the walls and cabinets were discussed and appropriate suggestions to utilize the space were provided. They were very punctual, friendly, highly professional, trustworthy and a very dedicated team. We faced no challenges in working with them. Not only did they complete the project in time, they ensure the place was broom cleaned to avoid any hassle to us. They went above and beyond to help us move our appliances in the basement and had it installed without issues. Reasonably priced, courteous and friendly workers. we highly recommend their services. Townhill construction did a phenomenal job of completing our legal basement. The whole process from tearing down the original layout, to complying with the city plan for reconstruction was smooth and well executed. They are professional in their approach and provided us with a clear plan, estimated costs and time to completion. They broke down the whole plan into stages and met the deadlines each step of the way. They have excellent sub teams that know their specialties really well. Our kitchen cupboards were made to order and brought ready to fit on-site. They have a good selection of backsplash, tiles, flooring etc. We also had a storage made in the basement living room that doubles up as a seating space. All of the city approvals and permits were obtained without any hiccups. I am extremely happy with the overall quality of work and will definitely hire Townhill Construction again for any future projects.

I have been working with Padda team since last year and have good experience with the team. The company is legit and reliable. Everything related to the projects are set clear and straightforward. Clear communication and prompt responses on any matters. Generally speaking, great team to work with, especially Jugraj. He always try to ensure the quality of the work but very understanding when unexpected issues happened, he would try to find the solutions and fix it together.

My home basement along with the side entrance in the basement was completed by KS Builders. I must say that Kuldeep has a very professional team and work to the detail. My basement was legally finished and I must say that Kuldeep helped me right from beginning till the end. All the city approvals were done right on time and I must say everything was approved in first go whether plumbing, electrical , framing etc. For the payments part - I think Kuldeep is very professional and had stick to what was quoted before the project started.
