We are extremely happy with all aspects of the windows and customer service we received from Lifetime Windows. They provided the best windows and best service of any of the companies we received quotes from. The customer service from Sid was professional and friendly. The windows, manufactured by Dayside Windows, are of excellent quality and exceed the standards required to receive the green energy gov't rebate. Lifetime Windows used the best in the business installer- Jerry. The installation is as important as the windows- and we were very happy with Jerry who took great care to ensure the highest quality installation. We had a complete brick to brick window and frame replacement vs retrofit in the old frame so that all the foaming and sealing around the windows would ensure the best air sealing. We saw that Jerry did a good job of filling all the spaces around the window with the foam. The interior finishing of the trims and exterior finishing of the caulking was impeccable. We are very very happy with the whole experience and absolutely love our windows.

First and foremost our experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors was amazing from start to finish. Before we came across this company, we had 4 other quotes (all tried to sell us their product and the extreme high cost to replace our windows) We meet Sunny and he was personable, honest and we did not feel rushed or pushed to go with his company. The price was competitive and within our budget. We also liked the windows were made from a Canadian company. Not too long after we met the contractor Simon and he was very kind and professional. The day of installation was smooth. Simon and his team came right on time, did a fabulous job, cleaned up, even put the baby gate back on that had to be removed for easy access upstairs. We had half the windows replaced in our home and look forward to getting the rest of our windows done. Thank you for making a Reno that we thought would be stressful and a lot of work, very easy, smooth and overall a quick process.

We just had the all of windows in the front of our house replaced by Magic. Several things impressed us both about this company. The same salesman that initially gave us a quote in 2017 came back in 2024 to redo our quote. He was very professional and he’s been with the company for a long time and that speaks volumes in itself. A lot of companies wanted us to do our whole house, Corey said ‘no problem; we love the small jobs because we know you’ll be back for us to finish the rest’. The installers that came same thing. Nice guys, very friendly and professional. Did an awesome job. They weren’t in a rush, took their time to do the job right. The clean up after it was done - INCREDIBLE! Hope to see Miki & Christopher again when we do the back of our house. We absolutely love the blackout blinds in the front bedroom and for an allergy suffered like myself; it’s going to be great to be rid of the dust collecting curtains and horizontal blinds. The solar shades are am. I can see out but nope you can’t see in! Love them! There was one tiny problem with our solar shades; a notch was missed for where we wanted them to close; again great customer service. They had the service technician here within a week of installation. Ramon was as excellent as the other fellows. We can say with total confidence that from our first meeting with Corey and then the installation and service we highly recommend MAGIC AND can’t wait to work with them again. If a rating was above they certainly earned it!

Our house was built in 1999. After 25 years was time to replace all of our windows ( gas between glass was gone). Karol came to our home and after very professional and super friendly presentations ( there’s a lot technology and practical innovation in this windows - you might be surprised) we were sold. Communication from Magic Windows customer service was EXCELLENT. got email every time something was done to our windows ( they do build them in their own factory) They are like NASA checking and double checking and … checking again measurements thanks Gary. And finally our installation team arrived Savo and his crew were FANTASTIC. Big thank you to all team from Magic Window Do yourself a favour and call them you won’t be disappointed.

Our experience with Magic Windows was great! Jeremy, the sales rep, was wonderful at explaining the product and technology behind the design features, and we never felt any pressure to buy. The company was diligent at routine email updates as the windows were in production, so we knew the timeline every step of the way. Everyone was very professional, polite, on-time, and paid close attention to detail. The installation team also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. We love our choice to have ordered the blackout blinds in the bedroom windows. The windows design features also make it super easy for cleaning inside and out. We are totally satisfied and couldn't be more happy with our new windows, and would highly recommend Magic Windows.
