Not only is it cheaper, but the quality of their construction is 1000 times better than that of residential project developers. I appreciated the respect for budgets and the many choices of materials and designs available to me. I have built 2 houses and 1 commercial building with them and it was, each time, a simple and pleasant experience.

Perri construction has done renovations on our 95 year old house twice in the past three years. They have reinsulated bedrooms, added custom made cabinets that were a perfect match to those already in our kitchen, replaced counters, backsplashes, sinks and propane cooktop. They also installed a heated floor in our entrance. All the people that worked on our jobs were professional and a pleasure to have around and always cleaned up as they went along. We have recommended them to our friends. Highly Recommended.
