Joanne was absolutely amazing and welcoming, we had a fire and our cats were covered in soot and ash. We tried calling our usual groomer but they didn't answer. Joanne was able to squeeze us in. She took such good care of our cats, they were comfortable the whole time, she is clearly very experienced and was a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend, they also do dogs and rabbits. Great prices too.

My puppy's first grooming experience today. Didn't know what to expect. He's usually highly anxious. When I picked him up, he was playful and didn't look scared or stressed at all. He looked and smelled great. Excellent service and quality of work for an excellent price. We are clients for life now. Sam and I thank you.

Love the owner, a really nice lady. Fast and super efficient. Know what she's doing and my cat stays calm all the way. Le toilettage a pris seulement 10 mins ! I'll recommend it to everyone and I'll certainly come again. Thank you.

Super service, ces dames sont très gentilles et serviables, et très douces également! Travis est adorable, il avait bien besoin d'une bonne coupe. Travail bien fait et en douceur. En plus ces gentilles dames m'ont aussi donné des poils pour offrir aux oiseaux de mon jardin pour faire leur nid! Encore Merci et Bravo.

Super service! The staff is extremely profesional and essentially "dog whisperers! I've trusted this establishment for years to care for both if my dog's grooming needs. Each of my dogs endured trauma early in their lives prior to me rescuing them, resulting in having trust issues. Each of them have been miraculously comfortable with each visit. I highly recommend.

Staff always welcoming and smiling, they do a wonderful job my dog ​​(golden retriever) is always very nervous when he enters the salon for a grooming. He came out very calm and above all very nice, exceptional service. Congratulations to your wonderful team.
