Mark Acton Construction built us a detached garage in the spring/summer 2018. Our project was a bit complicated as we had to work with LPRCA, our local township and surveyors as the area the shop was to be built on was sloped and required grading changes, and Mark worked closely alongside those involved to advocate for us and our project. The project was completed in a timely and efficient manor. Mark and his employees were professional and courteous in our interactions. In addition they were respectful of our and our neighbour's surrounding property. Any questions or concerns we brought forward were dealt with quickly and always to our satisfaction. Mark and his crew finished our entire basement from scratch. They gave me the spa bathroom I always wanted and a beautiful wet bar! My husband can be a bit OCD so I was worried about the mess and final finishing but everything turned out perfect. It looks better than a lot of newly finished houses I've been in! Mark and his crew completed a bathroom renovation and addition for us. The renovation was a total gut back to the studs and the addition was a new room and enclosed porch. Mark took care of all design, permits, sub contractors and material purchases. We are very pleased with the finished work and receive compliments on it frequently. The crew were friendly, hard working and excellent craftspeople. They wanted to make sure that we were pleased at every step of the way. Mark was always available to answer any questions we had.
