We would highly recommend Odds on Home Inspection. We have used them twice in the last 4 months and they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable on both occasions . Brent came and did our condo inspection, he was extremely thorough and answered all of our questions. We are first time home buyers and it was really reassuring to have someone take the time to explain everything to us. They were also very quick to respond and answer our questions/address our concerns over the phone prior to the appointment.

Jon with Odds on Home Inspection was very thorough with his work. We found the company and their employees to be very accommodating, getting us booked in last minute. Both Jon and Chris were very polite and quick responding.

Todd & Brandon were so informative, knowledgeable and patient to explain all the aspects of the report in layman's terms. The report was thorough, easy to understand and useful for next steps for any of the concerns or questions that arose. On top of that, Todd's extensive plumbing experience is invaluable to the process, as this tends to be where most issues of concern are found. I really appreciate their approach and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind on such a large purchase.

Terra did a home inspection for us and it was both an exceptional experience and a pleasure to watch her in her element. We were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness, as well as with the unexpected gifts she provided (a binder for home documents, measuring tape, reminder tags for utility shut-offs and clear labels in the utility room). We highly recommend Terra and Accurate Home Inspections and we will definitively use her services in the future!

Terra was FANTASTIC! She was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. From the initial contact through email to meeting her in person at the home inspection she was incredibly professional and her customer service was phenomenal. She is organized and I loved that she included a free tape measure and organizational folder. She walks you through everything, labels things and teaches you about your home.
