We got our house inspection done by Darren and his team at the recommendation of our realtor. They were both super friendly and professional. Not only did the report provide detail on any issues with the home in text but there were also hundreds of photos taken to show exactly what the report detailed. The report also gave some tips on routine house maintenance and what upgrades should be done immediately which is very helpful as a first time buyer. Throughout the inspection they answered any questions that we had and even let our dog join (we live 90 minutes away) so we didn't have to get a sitter. They also were able to help with referrals to other contractors who could fix some of the issues (re: roofer, electrician). Definitely recommend them for home inspection.
