As a creative myself, I am a very detail oriented and often quite particular individual in terms of process, deliverables and the type of individuals I seek to work with. New West Video delivered on every aspect from professionalism to communication, project execution and deliverables. I interviewed a few video production businesses for my particular event however what ultimately made me decide to book New West for my project was Serge's strategic view and understanding of content creation. He asked important questions, urged me to consider important aspects I had not thought about and provided guidance and expertise every step of the way. I valued his energy, knowledge and willingness to engage with me in ways that add value to my business rather than treating me merely as a transaction. Highly recommend!

Sergey from New West Video, did an amazing job with our Marketing videos! They went above and beyond in making sure they understood the Vision for the video, communicated ideas and professional tips that were greatly helpful, shoot the videos in a professional and timely manner, answered all our questions and were very patient, Friendly and Positive despite our demands.. They are simply remarkable! We got lots of views and compliments from the videos, they were top notch! We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about JM Photography. The work speaks for itself as evidenced by his beautiful photos but he also made our wedding day more enjoyable and so much less stressful. I am incredibly grateful for his work ethic, talent and calming demeanour which made our special day that much more special. Our wedding photos are beautiful and booking JM Photography was the best decision I’ve ever made. I highly recommend this photographer!

Jeremy was very professional and he made the extra time to speak to us on a weekend as our wedding booking was very last minute. His pictures were excellent and he was fun to work with! Definitely will be a return customer. A++ on customer service and A++ on quality win win for all.

Todd and his team are super talented, kind and professional. I have worked with them many times for weddings and our family personally uses Todd for family and Santa portraits yearly. ALWAYS love love love the photos we get back. 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Todd for our newborn photos. His set up is perfect, with the comfortable couch area for parents to relax and watch as baby gets photographed. His in home studio is welcoming and warm for baby. Would 100% recommend.
