If you want the quick version, it's five-stars because of professional, thorough, and informative service by Scott. We learned so much in just a couple of hours that we feel informed and, more importantly, safe with our home. One thing about Scott: he speaks to you and educates you as an equal. And, very importantly, that goes for everyone. After giving me a tour and explaining everything in detail, he did the exact same thing for my wife to make sure she was just as informed and comfortable as I was. Anyone worried about the classical "mechanics/contractors won't treat women the same" can rest assured you won't find that here. The inspection itself is incredibly thorough, and Scott did an incredible job of informing us what's a Day One project vs what's a next year project. He had the knowledge, experience, as well as the tools (all the way down to drones and infrared cameras) to make sure we knew everything about the house. When damage or anomalies are found, he does a great analysis of "did it happen in the past and it's fixed" or "is it happening now and needs fixing" so you know what to expect. The Rock Solid inspection gave us a level of comfort and security in our home purchase that cannot be overstated.

A big "thank you" to Scott M at Rock Solid Home Inspections. He did our inspection yesterday and was thorough, efficient and extremely professional. He even walked me through the process of everything/anything he would recommend (big or small) and was patient and clear when answering all of my questions. Thank you, Scott and the Rock Solid team.

Stuart was amazing, very knowledgable and extremely professional in how he conducted his work and loved how detailed oriented he was from start to finish. A local resident in Burlington and extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. Loved his prices were super reasonable and included so many extras on top he is super quick with getting your reports done on a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

Stuart was awesome and thorough and that’s exactly what you want when having an inspector for your home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a job done right. Marek is very professional. I have meet some water leak and contractors can’t not find the source.I called Marek and got his help with inspection for the whole house. He examined and explained with me what happened. He also told me some spots I need to take care of in the house which I did not know before. It takes him nearly three hours on Good Friday, and he travel back finish the report for me the same day. Appreciate for his diligence work.

Greg, who inspected our property, is a great guy. I walked around the property with him, and he explained everything to me in detail. The report included pictures (including drone shots of the roof), and was very detailed. I highly recommend Greg for the job.
