We purchased a NB property and we needed a WETT inspection and certification for our new woodstove. When I advised our insurance company that we had installed the stove I didn't realize that the clock would start ticking on their end with regard to our coverage, even though it was summer and we weren't using it until it was inspected anyway. I called a few local inspectors and left messages. Luis Gagnon called back promptly, listened to our situation and even though he does have a busy schedule he booked an appointment to come within a week of our conversation. He was prompt, professional and thorough from start to finish. His pricing was fair, excellent in fact relative to some others that I spoke with. He is courteous, knowledgeable and he follows through with what he promises. We received our inspection report within 24 hours, well ahead of our insurers requirements. Meeting with Brandon after he completed the inspection was very informative for us. It highlighted issues that might not have otherwise been noticed. He is very thorough and his review with us was quite clear and easy to understand. Brandon is very friendly and easy to speak with. The detailed report that is provided after the inspection is quite thorough, highlighting all areas that were discussed during the review. The report also includes multiple pictures of the areas inspected. I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone requiring a home inspection.

The team was very experienced and professional- after viewing and assessing the property - they took the time to walk through the property and share their observations in detail. They came across as comprehensive and they were patient with our questions. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home purchase.
