Over the last few months, we have had a wonderful experience with Ground Floor. Not only are the representatives professional, they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I am truly impressed with their ability to rapidly respond to our questions, and action any maintenance, if required. Our family truly feels supported and heard by Ground Floor. It is with great confidence that I leave this positive review of Ground Floor Property Management today.

Group floor property manager Dave woodland is always ready to help us. He always ensure that we are taken cared of! We had a few issues In our new place like our oven was not working, when I reached him, the next day he was there and checked everything. He is awesome.

Thank you very much for the excellent service and a very quick respond. The maintenance person came in an hour after we had filled the maintenance ticket. He fixed our shower very fast. He is a very nice and efficient person. Thank you, we appreciate your help.

It’s been 10 years off and on I’ve rented from Unique property rentals whenever I call or have any concerns on maintenance they are here right away or the next day!
