Fantastic experience with Kevin. He came recommended by my realtor and was easy to see why. Quick responses and he was willing to be flexible with my uncertain timeline which was so appreicated. The inspection itself was super thorough and he was patient with all my questions. His knowledge really comes through, worth every penny!

Kevin did a great job and was very thorough both with the inspection but afterwards as well. He met me where I was in terms of knowledge and really highlighted the important details in an understandable fashion. Highly recommend Kevin if you need an inspection done.
