They should be your first choice when it comes to home inspections, Very thorough, early, friendly, with no bias, Very knowledgeable, Bery detailed report with pictures put neatly together in a binder, It also comes with 3d imaging, You get a 3d image tour of your own home, They even took the time to teach me how to work my furnace and hot water tank, how to maintain it, how it works ect, They explained every detail of my house with great explanation, and answered all questions throughly, They took their time and did not rush, they picked up on all upgrades and irregularities and made me aware. And also offered possible solutions to possible problems down the road. They truly enjoy Their jobs and it shows itself within the inspection.
