NORTHSTAR INSPECTIONS

I use Dave and Jody’s service recently for the house that we purchased. I am very impressed with Dave’s knowledge and professionalism. He exceeded our expectation as he is very thorough and explained everything to us and give us solutions on how we can fix what needs to be done. He inspected everything from outside and inside the house. Then Jody came to the house for the last inspection, and he is also very thorough, professional, and exceeded what is required of him to do. Just got home after Dave did a home inspection for myself and my partner. He was amazing and I highly recommend him! He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained things in a manner my construction- working partner understood - but also so that I, someone not even remotely experienced with building, understood. Along with his wealth of knowledge, Dave was also very personable and friendly and didn’t seem to mind my fairly endless stories! He definitely covered every square inch of the home and we are confident we won’t be having any surprises!

I used NorthStar on recommendation from a realtor and was not disappointed. Jody came out and did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and seeing in real time. Answered all my questions patiently and took the extra time to try to investigate even small details. It was a long day but I appreciated the extra effort.
