My wife and I traveling from PEI to Ontario. Stopped here for the night. Check in was fabulous. We were given an upgrade, showing the room before we accepted it, very kind and knowledgeable person who served us. Sorry I don't remember her name. The restaurant beside the hotel was great as well Our suppers were so large we were able to take them back to the hotel. Eat them the next day. A wonderful experience. We would definitely stop there again on another trip.

Very nice spot to pull off right off the highway. Have a nice hot shower lots of hot water. That’s for sure. and enjoy a good night sleep very comfy bed was a quiet night clean room a little dated that’s all will come back thank you the young man at the front desk was very helpful. Thank him for me.

Room looks like it had recently been redone. Comfortable bed! Clean room and bathroom. Would have been great if there had been USB plug for phones & tablet. Would not hesitate to stop here again.

BEST WESTERN HOTEL UNIVERSEL DRUMMONDVILLE REVIEWS

We had a pet friendly room it was very clean and comfortable. It is easy to get to this hotel because it is close to the highway which makes it convenient when traveling and passing through to the next leg of your journey. I liked the convenience of staying on the 1st floor with slider doors, parking the car outside of the room making it easier to unload and reload the vehicle.

The beautiful room was so clean and comfortable! We made a quick overnight stop, so being so close to the highway was perfect. If we'd been there longer we would have loved a swim in the pool. The staff were polite and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful reception. The room was clean and carpet free. Mattress is medium firm and sheets were soft. Quiet enough to sleep with the window open even though the hotel is by the highway. Excellent stay.

It is a very spacious, complete and beautiful hotel. Our room is comfortable. As a recommendation, it would be good if they provide cleaning implements for foreigners who must quarantine.

Good location. Clean and cozy rooms. The restaurant on the main floor is superb!
