Always a nice place to spend time. I can easily work or study while the children read on one of the armchairs/cushions or participate in one of the many activities offered by the entertainment team. The terrace is magnificent and the return of the small café is really a plus to fully enjoy the visit. The reader support team is always very kind to my children who often ask for new series to read.

L'accueil est excellent, les employés répondent rapidement et efficacement. L'espace est lumineux, vaste, très agréable et il vous faudra certainement plusieurs visites pour découvrir toutes les salles, et tous les aménagements particuliers. Les équipements sont résolument modernes, ce qui nous permet une grande autonomie. C'est un vrai plaisir de se rendre à la nouvelle bibliothèque.

Incredible! We spent basically the entire day here and we barely fit everything in. Every person you come across has their own story and the personality which makes the whole place so much more immersive. Their acting coupled with the fact that they walk around having conversations with each other make for an experience so personable. They also produce soaps, yarn, candles and other crafts, of which you can see the process (my personal favorite being the dying of yarn). All in all we spent a wonderful time having menial conversations and learning a bit about the lifestyle of the 1890s. A bit of a warning though, the understanding of French is fairly important, as most, if not all, of the dialogue between people happens in French. But if you do understand, this place is a grand old time.

Great place to spend time with kids. Mine 9 years old was really impressed and enjoyed the trip. Old style thematic houses are really special, well maintained and acteurs gives pretty interesting explanation what it was for post office, pharmacy, doctor’s office, barber and a lot more. It has a little farm where you could get by horse forced wagon. There is a little train, ice-cream, donuts, bakery with fresh bread. Worth to spend entire day there! We’re definitely coming back there.

Take a journey back in time - highly recommended for a day trip. The village is alive with actors in ancient dresses. See how people lived 100 to 200 years ago. Also, meet some very talented musiciens on the streets. Take your family and kids along. It's interesting and fun.
